The license

ScreenVeil grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your Macs. The free tier includes a limited number of protected sessions; ScreenVeil Pro ($9.99 one-time) unlocks unlimited use.

What ScreenVeil does and doesn't do

ScreenVeil creates a privacy-safe window that you choose to share. It protects that shared feed. It does not guarantee protection against every possible screen recorder, capture method, or third-party software on your system. You are responsible for choosing what to share and verifying your feed before presenting.

Purchase & billing

New Pro purchases cost $9.99 one-time, plus applicable tax displayed at checkout, through RevenueCat Web Billing. The license does not expire and there is no automatic renewal. This does not guarantee compatibility with every future macOS version. Keep your purchase email to restore access.

Build 34 and later periodically verify Pro access online. After a successful check, a saved verification record can allow offline access for up to 72 hours during connection or service outages. You must stay signed in on that Mac. After the record expires, an online check is required before starting a new Pro session. This verification window does not change the duration or price of your one-time license.

If you previously bought a subscription or another license, its existing terms continue to apply. Existing subscribers can manage or cancel renewal through their purchase receipt or the app's Manage option.

Refunds

Because a free trial is available before purchase, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through your billing provider.

No warranty

ScreenVeil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
